Grant Writing and Community Funding Support ...

At All Nations Driving, grant support is grounded in the belief that strong funding outcomes start with clarity, readiness, and community ownership.

Many communities and organizations are navigating funding opportunities while balancing limited capacity, staff transitions, and increasing reporting requirements. This support is designed to reduce that burden by helping build strong foundations that can be reused, adapted, and sustained over time.

Support is available through a one-time foundation package, with the option to continue through ongoing grant monitoring and application support.

Grant Readiness & Impact Package

(One-time foundation support)

This package is designed to help communities and organizations build the core tools needed to apply for grants confidently and consistently, without starting from scratch each time.

What’s Included

Customizable Grant Application Template

A plain-language grant template that can be adapted across multiple funders and programs. The template includes core sections commonly requested by funders, such as:

  • Community need and context
  • Program or initiative description
  • Outcomes and anticipated impact
  • Budget narrative and sustainability

Community Impact Framework

A clear, values-based framework that articulates:

  • Who the program serves
  • Why it matters
  • What success looks like

This language can be used across grant applications, reporting, and communications.

Reusable Impact Report Template

A reporting template aligned with common funder requirements, designed for:

  • Grant reporting
  • Board and leadership updates
  • Community accountability

The focus is on balancing meaningful storytelling with practical data.

One-on-One Review & Guidance Session

A dedicated session to:

  • Walk through the templates together
  • Discuss how to adapt them for different funding opportunities
  • Ensure the materials reflect community priorities and capacity

This package is intended to stay with the community, supporting both current and future funding efforts.

Ongoing Grant Support Subscription

(Optional, quarterly)

For communities seeking continued support, an ongoing subscription option is available. This service is designed to reduce missed opportunities and support long-term funding planning.

What This Includes

Quarterly Grant Opportunity List

A curated list of relevant grant opportunities based on:

  • Community priorities
  • Program focus
  • Geography and eligibility

Only realistic, aligned opportunities are included — no mass listings.

Plain-Language Grant Summaries

Each opportunity includes a short summary outlining:

  • What the grant supports
  • Typical funding amounts
  • Key eligibility notes
  • Application timelines

Optional Application Support

Communities may choose to:

  • Apply independently using their grant templates, or
  • Request application support from All Nations Driving, as capacity allows

This model supports continuity, reduces administrative burden, and helps maintain momentum even during staff or leadership transitions.

Timelines & Pricing

Most Grant Readiness & Impact Packages are completed over 4–6 weeks, depending on scope, availability, and program complexity. Timelines are discussed upfront and shaped around community capacity and priorities. Ongoing grant support is offered on a quarterly basis, allowing time to plan ahead and respond to opportunities without unnecessary pressure.

Pricing reflects the scope and level of support required and is discussed collaboratively. As a general guideline, Grant Readiness & Impact Packages are typically scoped within a mid four-figure range, with ongoing support structured quarterly. Application support, when requested, is scoped separately based on the opportunity and timelines.

A Respectful, Community-First Approach

Grant work is most effective when it reflects real community priorities, timelines, and capacity. Support is offered in a way that respects local decision-making and avoids unnecessary complexity or pressure.
